Run, jump, roll... PLAY! Our philosphy at Apex Performance is simple. We encourage our athletes to test themselves in everyway possible. If you're spending hundreds of dollars paying for 'specialised' training for a particular sport but you're child cant sprint, jump, land or even do an honest push up- they're wasting their time! Lots of Parents fall into the trap of thinking we need to specialise at a young age. Here - we develop all round athleticism first.

Our speed training program targets essential components of running fast, including stride mechanics, power generation, acceleration, top-end speed, and deceleration.
